// Don’t Forget! Queer on their Feet on Sunday//
The stand up comedy troupe, Queer On Their Feet will be coming to North Carolina in February to perform in Asheville, Durham and Wilmington. Yes, you read right… Wilmington! The show offers stand up comedy and interactive improvisation from Jennie McNulty, Jason Dudey and Diana Yanez. Their shows are described as “unique, fun and totally hysterical”
Tickets are $15, but they are for a good cause. The Wilmington show is a benefit for the Frank Harr Memorial Foundation. Frank Harr was a beloved community activist in Wilmington who was a founding member of GROW (Gay Resources of Wilmington) and St Jude’s Metropolitan Community Church.
The Frank Harr Foundation hopes to educate the public on issues concerning the LGBTQ community through the form of “Edutainment” – educating and entertaining simultaneously.
